Jasmine is a director and solicitor at Complex Law and serves as the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). She joined in 2024, bringing extensive experience in risk management, civil litigation, and legal costs.

As COLP, Jasmine oversees the firm's compliance framework in line with Lexcel accreditation, embedding high standards of professionalism and client care across the practice, and promoting a culture where regulatory requirements are understood, applied, and continuously improved.

Drawing on her expertise in litigation, risk, and compliance, Jasmine balances regulatory obligations with practical realities, supporting strong governance while enabling clients to achieve positive outcomes.
