Founding Partner

José Antonio, with 45 years of uninterrupted experience in the practice of law, is the founding partner of the firm. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of both litigation practice and legal theory, setting a standard of excellence and attention to detail that has permeated throughout the firm. His leadership has been pivotal in building an organizational culture focused on precision and dedication.

He personally oversees and follows up on all matters entrusted to the firm, ensuring that every client receives the utmost quality legal service. His ability to handle a wide range of cases with a thorough approach and a comprehensive understanding of the law has been key to the firm's success and reputation.

Under his tutelage a large number of lawyers have been trained, which has led to the gestation of more than ten law firms dedicated to litigation recognized in the legal field.

In addition, it should be noted that he is one of the few lawyers with a specialization in the Federal Judicial Career taught by the SCJN, which allows him to understand the internal vision of the judges in his professional activities.
