Mohand is a licensed lawyer and Sharia advisor at the firm. His expertise focuses on drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts from both Sharia and legal perspectives. He is also experienced in preparing legal due diligence reports and providing advisory services on matters related to the Companies Law, including the incorporation of legal entities, conversion of entities from one form to another, capital increases and reductions, as well as offerings and listings.

Mahand is also skilled in drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and other legal documents, in addition to his experience in representing clients before general courts, administrative courts, and quasi-judicial committees.
