Yasser is a licensed lawyer with over three years of practical experience in the legal field. His expertise primarily focuses on the establishment and conversion of companies of various types, corporate governance, and managing general assembly affairs. He is also experienced in preparing and organizing minutes of board of directors and committee meetings, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts for companies and various entities.

In addition, his experience includes handling offering and listing documentation and following up on related regulatory procedures in the capital market, reflecting his strong understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the corporate and financial sectors. He also holds the CME-1 and CME-2 certifications, further strengthening his knowledge in securities and capital markets.
