Senior Associate

Diego Price is a Senior Associate of our Corporate / M&A and Financing teams. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financing transactions. He is experienced in designing, structuring, negotiating, and implementing M&A and financing transactions, particularly in private equity and cross-border deals.

He was recognized as one of the Top 10 “Rising Star Dealmakers” in Peru by the international publication Transactional Track Record (TTR) for three consecutive years (2019 – 2021).

Before joining RC Law, Diego worked as an associate at Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas and Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano in Lima. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Diego earned his law degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) from the University of Lima, Peru, where he ranked in the top 10% of his class. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University, graduating as a Dean’s Scholar. Additionally, he obtained an Advanced Professional Certificate in Law and Business from NYU Stern School of Business with a 4.0 GPA and has completed law and business courses at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
