Joshua Katz is your go-to litigation counsel. Josh is a seasoned litigator and employment counselor who represents clients in high-stakes disputes and sensitive employment decisions.

Josh litigates a broad range of commercial matters, including contract disputes, and claims involving unfair competition, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. He provides employment counseling and represents employers and individuals in disputes involving discrimination and retaliation, wage issues, and restrictive covenants.

Josh also assists companies in connection with governmental and internal investigations, helping clients manage risk and position matters for efficient resolution.

Josh was selected for inclusion in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S. District Judge, District of New Jersey (Ret.).
