Position

Salvatrice advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and project financing in the mining, energy, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. Her mastery of the Congolese sectoral regulatory framework enables her to act as local counsel for international law firms on complex matters.

She provides legal advice to private companies and subsidiaries of major international groups (mining, logistics, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors) and represents them in complex disputes in arbitration and before Congolese courts.

Salvatrice has been a qualified solicitor registered with the Kinshasa Bar since 2014. She founded LegalterLaw after gaining several years of experience at a leading law firm Etude Kabinda/Avocats DRC, reputed for his expertise in business law.
