Abby blends sharp business acumen with tax expertise to advise clients including closely held businesses, family-owned businesses, and family offices. Focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional tax matters, she assists both buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
