Valentino has over fifteen years of experience in labour law and industrial relations. After graduating from Bocconi University, he collaborated for 16 years with a firm specialized in labour law, taking on increasingly significant roles. Since June 2024, he has been a Partner at DL-LAW. He has developed in-depth expertise in corporate restructuring and reorganization processes, with particular focus on trade union negotiations related to collective dismissals and business transfers, as well as on the labour law aspects of M&A transactions and agency law. He is the author of numerous publications on labour law and industrial relations.
