He has extensive experience in business, financial, investment, tax, customs, technological, crypto-assets, intellectual property, natural resources, aviation, healthcare, and international private law.

His experience includes managing financial and commercial transactions for multinational companies, providing legal advice to a leading British financial company on the acquisition of bonds in Armenia, consulting one of the world’s largest technology companies on the import of new technologies to Armenia, and representing companies in administrative and judicial proceedings related to obtaining and extending natural resource use licenses. He also provides legal consultation in the healthcare sector concerning the provision of medical services and the import of medical equipment, as well as managing the creation and licensing of airlines, advising on compliance with civil aviation and international aviation regulations, licensing crypto-assets and judicial protection of intellectual property rights. He has also achieved several landmark victories in the Court of Cassation.

Prior to joining the firm, Nahapet worked as a lawyer at the “Ter-Tachatyan” law firm.

He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Law from Yerevan State University and has three published papers.
