Arpine Gevorgyan is attorney aty “LSA” Law Firm. She specializes in both criminal and corporate law, particularly providing legal support for the registration process of commercial companies, foundations, and non-governmental organizations, including drafting charters, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, and other documents, conducting negotiations, obtaining licenses, and providing legal support for investments and other transactions.

Her professional experience at “LSA” Law Firm began in 2023. Previously, she had work experience in private and public institutions. Specifically, she worked as a legal advisor in administrative and civil cases from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, she worked at the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. From 2021 to 2023, she worked at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia.

Member to the Chamber of the Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, since 2024

In 2017, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Armenian State Pedagogical University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree. Subsequently, in 2019, she graduated with honors from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and received a Master’s degree in Law.

She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and trainings related to law.

From 2022 to 2025, she taught at the Armenian French College Foundation, covering the subjects of Fundamentals of Law, Financial Law, and Marketing Law.
