Founder and Managing Partner

Arsen Sardaryan is the Founder and Managing Partner of LSA Law Firm and a highly regarded legal practitioner with extensive experience in complex litigation and strategic advisory matters. A qualified advocate and former judge, he brings a rare combination of courtroom advocacy and judicial insight to high-stakes disputes and sophisticated legal challenges.

Holding a Ph.D. in Law, Dr. Sardaryan combines strong academic expertise with substantial practical experience. Having handled thousands of cases throughout his career, he advises clients on intricate civil and criminal matters, regulatory issues, and cross-sector disputes. His prior service as a Judge of the Court of First Instance provides him with deep procedural knowledge and a strategic understanding of judicial decision-making.

Clients value his analytical precision, strategic foresight, and ability to navigate sensitive and complex matters with confidence and discretion. In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of “Best Judge” by the General Meeting of Judges of the Republic of Armenia.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University in 2007. He subsequently completed his Master’s degree (2009) and postgraduate studies (2012) at the Russian-Armenian (Slavic) University. In 2014, he graduated from the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, qualifying as a judge.
