    Hashem Sarairah is a legal trainee at Al Khair Legal Attorneys, currently completing his training to be sworn into the Jordanian Bar. A graduate of the University of Bristol (LL.B.), Hashem supports the firm’s commercial and corporate division with a strong focus on intellectual property, contract law, and litigation.

    His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements—including supply, sponsorship, cooperation, and service contracts—as well as employment, lease, and privacy-related documents. He provides legal support to associations and non-profit entities, especially on corporate governance, foreign funding, and regulatory compliance.

    In the area of intellectual property, Hashem handles trademark registrations, classification analysis, renewals, and infringement assessments.

    He is also experienced in litigation support, having prepared court submissions, final pleadings, and legal memoranda in civil, labor, and IP-related disputes. He routinely manages procedures before courts and the notary public, and contributes to litigation strategy with legal analysis and opinion writing.

    Known for combining academic rigor with practical execution, Hashem is developing deep expertise in technology law, intellectual property, and corporate structuring.
