    Dr. Omar Al Zriqat is a Senior Legal Advisor and Arbitrator at Al Khair Legal Attorneys, with over 30 years of experience in legal reform, arbitration, and public procurement. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Ain Shams University, an LL.M from the University of Cairo, and an LL.B from the University of Jordan.

    Renowned for his legislative drafting expertise, Dr. Al Zriqat has authored and reviewed over 500 legislative texts across finance, energy, education, and environmental sectors. His long-standing advisory role to the Jordanian Parliament and the Legislation and Opinion Bureau has positioned him as one of the most influential figures in Jordanian legislative development.

    As an arbitrator, he has handled high-profile disputes in infrastructure, energy, and public works—particularly under FIDIC contract rules. He also chaired the Procurement Complaints Review Committee and played a pivotal role in reforming Jordan’s Government Procurement Regulations in 2019 and 2022.

    Dr. Al Zriqat’s practice is complemented by international training in legislative drafting and arbitration (Washington D.C., The Hague, Turin), and by his academic contributions as a university lecturer in corporate law and commercial contracts.
