Dr. Osama Muhaisen is a Senior Legal Consultant at Al Khair Legal Attorneys with over two decades of experience in legal reform, dispute resolution, and anti-corruption advisory.

A Ph.D. holder in Private Law from the University of Tunis, he previously served on the Board of the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC), where he was responsible for drafting critical legislation, overseeing major investigations, and shaping national policy.

At Al Khair, Dr. Muhaisen advises clients on compliance frameworks, litigation strategy, and regulatory reform. His expertise is sought by public institutions and private sector entities dealing with complex governance and integrity matters.
