Mohammad Khair AlSabbagh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Al Khair Legal Attorneys, bringing over 30 years of legal experience in corporate law, M&A, and cross-sector dispute resolution.

Previously serving as President of the Military Court of Jordan, Mr. AlSabbagh led high-profile judicial proceedings and strategic reform initiatives. He currently advises multinational and regional clients on governance, shareholder relations, regulatory compliance, and joint ventures across key sectors such as healthcare, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.

He has served as a Public Attorney, was appointed to the Royal Committee to Modernize the Political System, and holds current board positions with Al-Rai Newspaper and the Electric Distribution Company.

He frequently lectures at the Judicial Institute of Jordan and collaborates with legislative bodies on legal reforms and policy development.
