Marita Contant is a Dutch deputy civil law notary with more than 10 years of experience advising on corporate M&A, private equity transactions and complex domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings.

Marita advises Dutch and international private equity sponsors, corporates, founders and management teams on a broad range of corporate law matters. Her practice includes acquisitions and divestments, mergers and demergers, corporate reorganisations, management and employee participation structures, venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate governance and the implementation of sophisticated cross-border transaction structures.

She is closely involved in the execution of complex domestic and international transactions, where she combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Clients value her responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to manage demanding corporate implementation projects efficiently while working seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
