Nick acts for private and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters including breach of contract, unfair prejudice, conspiracy, and misuse of private information and breach of confidence proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and in various forms of alternate dispute resolution. Nick advises on all stages of the litigation process from start to end, focusing at all times on the needs of the client and in particular their commercial considerations.
