Legal Director

Charlotte is a Legal Director in Rosenblatt’s Litigation team. Having trained at the firm, she is well-versed in Rosenblatt’s commercial and strategic approach. She acts for both claimants and defendants in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes, regulatory matters, and investigations. Her practice covers a broad range of complex issues, including company and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, civil fraud, debt recovery, and breach of contract claims. Charlotte has particular experience in finance and banking litigation and regularly represents clients in proceedings across all divisions of the High Court. She also has significant experience of appellate proceedings in matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
