Christopher is Head of Corporate at Rosenblatt with a broad cross-border practice across various sectors, including entertainment, media and sports. He advises on M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and securities offerings, alongside general corporate and limited liability partnership advisory work. He is used to working on high-profile and complex matters and advising founders, entrepreneurs and management teams in connection with private equity transactions, and on matters involving US counterparties.
