Alsiddiq Alajab Bakheet is a Senior Legal Consultant at Batic Law Firm. He brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the commercial and legal fields in Saudi Arabia, having worked with prestigious law firms and government entities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from the University of Khartoum and is a registered advocate with the Sudanese Professional Roll of Advocates. His expertise spans corporate transactions, governance, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. He is highly skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including BOT contracts, mergers and acquisitions, family charters, and investment agreements.

Alsiddiq has extensive experience advising government entities and has contributed to legal studies related to Saudi Vision 2030 projects for the Ministries of Finance, Human Resources, Health, and Education. He has led legal teams, managed complex litigation, and provided strategic counsel on bankruptcy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
