Omar Alomereni is a Founding Partner of Batic Law Firm. He holds a double master’s degree in International Law and Business, and Intellectual Property and Information Technology from Suffolk University, along with a Diploma in the Practice of Law from Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

Omar has extensive experience in high-value disputes and transactions, including representing government entities in international arbitration, managing complex cross-border inheritance matters, and advising on major financing projects. He has also advised government ministries on governance and contributed to regulatory initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030.
