Mirit Shalev is a Partner at Cassouto & Co. with extensive experience in civil-commercial and administrative litigation.

In addition to her practice,  she serves as the chief legal advisor to the Israel Bar Association. In this capacity, Mirit outlines the legal rules by which the Bar operates and represents the Bar before various court instances in almost all proceedings filed by or against it.

Her practice includes contractual and corporate disputes, class actions, and administrative proceedings. Mirit is widely regarded as a first-rate litigator and a true jurist. She brings exceptional legal depth, disciplined analysis and uncompromising professionalism to every matter she handles.

Adv. Shalev joined Cassouto and Co. in December 2017 as an associate attorney.

Between 2005 – 2007 Adv. Shalev interned at the law office of Berkman & Co. (formerly, Berkman, Weksler, Blum & Co.).

Between 2007 – 2008 Adv. Shalev served as an associate attorney in the legal department of the Meitav Dash Investment House (formerly, Dash Apax).

Between 2008 – 2009 Adv. Shalev practiced as an associate attorney at the law office of Bar Nathan Shochatovitch.

Between 2009 – 2017 Adv. Shalev worked as an associate attorney in the litigation department of the law office of Steinmetz, Haring, Gurman & Co.

In 2019 Adv. Shalev was promoted to partner at Cassouto and Co. Law Office.

Adv. Shalev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the Tel Aviv University, Israel.
