Tal Gutmer is a Partner at Cassouto & Co. and a senior member of the firm’s team.

She is an experienced commercial litigator, handling complex civil and commercial disputes across a broad range of legal fields, including contract and corporate litigation.

Tal personally handles the cases she manages, and is known for her  outstanding ability to master a huge amount of factual material, thoroughly prepare witnesses for trial, and the personal approach with which she handles all her clients.

Thanks to her thoroughness, legal accuracy, and professional judgement,  she is regarded as a highly seasoned and reliable litigator in matters that allow no margin for error.

Between 2005 – 2006 Adv. Gutmer  interned at the commercial department of Raved,  Magriso, Benkel & Co. Law Office (since 2018 merged with Shibolet).

Adv. Gutmer joined Cassouto-Noff & Co. Law Office in 2006 and in early 2012 was promoted to partner.

Since March 2017 Adv. Gutmer is a partner at Cassouto and Co. Law Office.

Adv. Gutmer hold a Bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in Law (LL.B) and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.) from the Reichman University (formerly, Interdisciplinary Center), Herzeliya, Israel.
