Shahar Capusha is a Partner at Cassouto & Co. and heads the firm’s class actions and derivative claims practice.

He specialises in complex commercial litigation, including corporate and shareholder disputes, class actions and derivative proceedings.

Shahar is recognised as an outstanding litigator with exceptional analytical abilities.

His work is marked by steady judgment in urgent, high-stakes situations and reflects originality of thought, intellectual depth, strategic clarity and the ability to carefully assess legal risk throughout the life of a dispute, shaped in part by his academic background in philosophy and his qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales.

He is involved in sophisticated matters, including those with cross-border aspects, and is regarded by the firm as a rising star.

Between 2014 – 2020, Adv. Capusha interned and practiced as an associate attorney at Goldfarb Gross Seligman (formerly Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co.) one of the largest leading law firms in Tel Aviv.

In 2020, Adv. Capusha joined Cassouto and Co. Law Office and was promoted to partner in 2023.

From June 2023, and shortly after being admitted as a Solicitor, Adv. Capusha serves as a consultant for London based firm Solomon Taylor & Shaw LLP.

Adv. Capusha is admitted to the Israel Bar Association since 2015.

Adv. Capusha is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales since June 2023.

Adv. Capusha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B; magna cum laude, Dean’s List) from the College of Management, Israel as well as a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Philosophy from Haifa University, Israel.

In November 2024, Adv. Capusha successfully completed the Artificial Intelligence Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, U.K.
