He has a wealth of experience in private client law (both contentious and non-contentious), specialising in DIFC, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Sharia Wills, UK Wills, and probate/administration of estates in the UAE. Farakh also has extensive experience in family and divorce matters in Dubai.

Wills and Estate Inheritance matters are key practice areas for Farakh. Farakh prepares Wills for both Muslims and non-Muslims within the UAE and the UK and has administered a high volume of deceased estates through the DIFC and Dubai Court.

He takes the time to listen to his client’s circumstances and advises on how best to proceed based on their specific circumstances and their legal rights both in their home country and the UAE.

Farakh has vast experience in both amicable and non-amicable divorces and takes a compassionate, sensitive approach with all clients. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, honesty, and calm approach allow Farakh to understand his client’s needs and concerns, building a friendly rapport and achieving excellent results.
