Career

Janique Luyet practices as a notary public. She worked for fifteen years in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as a legal counsel for the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Bern and for a financial services company in Zurich. When Janique Luyet returned to Valais at the end of 2015, she worked as a scientific employee in the Parliamentary Service and then as a legal counsel for the legal department of the State Chancellery. In 2024, she returned to her profession as a notary public, by joining 100 Legal as a partner.

Building on her experience, Janique Luyet is committed to lending an attentive ear to clients’ needs and to providing them with personalised advice. She looks forward to welcoming you to our office in Sion.

Education

Janique Luyet obtained her law degree from the University of Fribourg in 1997 and her notary public licence from the Canton Valais in 1999, before obtaining a CAS in magistrature from the University of Neuchâtel (2022) and an L.L.M. in European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol/GB (2006).
