Carlos provides guidance and support to banks, commercial banks, multilateral entities, export credit agencies, and other financial institutions and strategic investors on a range of financing transactions in Colombia and the region, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, asset-based loans, corporate loans, project financings, and debt and equity securities offerings in the local and international capital markets.

He has been part of teams advising award-winning infrastructure, energy, and acquisition financings, such as the first 5G toll road financing in Colombia.
