Career

Karolina commenced the practising period of her pupillage in October 2025 and is supervised by Christopher Sinever.

Karolina accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ core practice areas. Based in London, Karolina attends hearings across the South-East and beyond.

During her first-six, Karolina sat in on the pivotal case of Johnson & Others v FirstRand Bank Ltd (t/a MotoNovo Finance) & Another a landmark case on secret and "partially disclosed" commissions in car finance agreements. Karolina subsequently provided articles covering both the case and judgment.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Karolina gained experience as an county court advocate attending hundreds of hearings in the County Court, where she gained experience across a wide range of civil litigation practice areas. In particular, she has dealt with residential property claims (acting for a range of mortgage lenders, landlords and freeholders), defended trials following road traffic accidents, and civil interim applications.

Prior to pupillage, Karolina also worked as a paralegal at The Wilkes Partnership LLP, assisting the Business Recovery and Insolvency team.
