Eliza Hebditch is a Senior Partner at Expatriate Law's London office, and has been described by Legal 500 as 'a shining star'.

Eliza's practice centres on complex cross-border financial disputes, jurisdiction battles, high-value prenuptial agreements, and contested private children matters for HNW and UHNW clients. She has particular experience in matters with Swiss or US connections. Her client portfolio spans aristocracy, royalty, international sports figures and prominent entrepreneurs. She is widely recognised for her ability to navigate intricate trust structures, asset tracing challenges, and the most demanding cross-border divorce and financial remedy disputes.

Eliza Hebditch has spent more than 25 years at the top of international family law - first at Farrer & Co, where she was a partner from 2011 to 2021, and now at Expatriate Law. She is a former Chair of the International Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and has organised and presented at international family law conferences across the world (primarily for AIJA and the ABA) in London, Zurich, Geneva, St Gallen, Lisbon, Cannes, Chamonix, Budapest, New York, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, Washington DC and beyond.
