Hazal graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and completed her Master's Program in Private Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Private Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. She has advised local and foreign clients in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law, contracts law, project finance, personal data protection law. Hazal joined Kaşlıoğlu Law Firm in 2022 and provides consultancy services to Trendyol in the fields of electronic commerce law, contract law, corporate law, and consumer law.
