She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law, in 2005 and completed the Business Law program at Birkbeck, University of London, in 2009.

She has held senior legal and compliance positions in several leading companies operating internationally; specializing in commercial law, real estate and lease law, intellectual property, and e-commerce law, as well as contract management, litigation, and compliance matters.

She is a graduate of the Turkey Ethics and Reputation Association (TEID) Academy’s Corporate Ethics and Compliance Management program, and holds an ICA Compliance Certificate awarded by the International Compliance Association (ICA). She has also completed various executive and strategic leadership programs, most recently the Strategy Execution program at Harvard Business School.

Funda Tüfekçi, who joined our team in 2024, works as the Chief Legal Counsel within Trendyol Group Azerbaijan.
