Efe graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2019. Previously, he provided consultancy services to domestic and foreign companies in the areas of labor law, collective labor law, dispute resolution, and litigation at law firms where he worked. He joined Kaşlıoğlu Law Firm in 2025 and provides consultancy services to Trendyol in the areas of labor law and dispute resolution.
