Besray graduated from Istanbul Ticaret University Faculty of Law and subsequently completed the European Union Law and Company Law Master's Program at Universität Hamburg after her undergraduate studies. During her tenure in various law firms and companies, she provided consultancy services to local and international companies across diverse legal domains, notably corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law. She actively participated in merger and acquisition processes as well as investment projects. Besray joined Kaşlıoğlu Law Firm in 2022, she provides consultancy services to Trendyol in the fields of electronic commerce law, contracts law, intellectual property law, in which she specializes.
