Dilara Önal, a graduate of Maltepe University Faculty of Law, began her legal career at a Big Four firm and joined Kaşlıoğlu Law Firm in 2025.

She provides legal consultancy in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, data protection (KVKK), and media law. Her practice particularly focuses on contract drafting, compliance, and corporate structuring processes for both national and international companies.
