Tuğçe, a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, completed her LL.M. in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University following her undergraduate studies.

At the law firms where she previously worked, she provided consultancy services to domestic and international companies in various areas, particularly corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and real estate law, and took part in mergers and acquisitions processes as well as investment projects.

Tuğçe joined Kaşlıoğlu Law Office in 2022 and provides legal consultancy services to Trendyol in her areas of expertise, namely e-commerce law, contract law, intellectual property law, and consumer law.
