Dilara Apaydın Karaarslan graduated with honours from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2016. She completed her LL.M. in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University, writing her thesis in the field of Transportation Law.

Throughout her career, she has provided litigation and advisory services to clients operating in various sectors, including transportation, e-commerce, retail, energy, and technology, particularly in the areas of Transportation Law, Contract Law, Lease Law, and Commercial Law. With her strong academic background and practical experience in these fields, she has developed particular expertise in Transportation and Contract Law.

Ms. Karaarslan joined our team in 2022 and primarily provides legal advisory services to Trendyol Group companies, especially in the field of Transportation Law. She is also the author of the book titled “Limitation of the Carrier’s Liability in Domestic Road Transportation of Goods under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.”
