Stephen primarily focuses on corporate finance and M&A transactions, with a strong emphasis on providing solution-based advice in relation to compliance issues. He also advises clients on investigations and contentious regulatory matters. Stephen also has extensive experience acting for both debtors and creditors in relation to contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters involving multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration.

Before taking up various roles with publicly listed companies, where he acted as General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Independent Director, Stephen worked at the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong administering the Listing Rules and vetting IPO applications.
