Career

Sam’s practice mainly focused on corporate and commercial matters and transactional work. He has extensive legal experience in handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions. He also advises on fintech regulations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment law, data protection, and privacy law.

With over 10 years of legal experience, he has represented listed companies, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, tech giants, private equity funds and start-ups across different industry sectors in numerous sizeable transactions.
