Roy has extensive legal experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate compliance and governance, and company and commercial matters. He leads the firm’s company secretarial department.
In addition, he specialises in handling matters related to property, including disposal and acquisition of properties, disposal and acquisition of shares of property-holding companies, tenancy, mortgage, refinancing, and stamp duty relief.
He is a contributor of the Hong Kong Chapter of LexisNexis International Corporate Procedures, Issue 139.
