Roy has extensive legal experience in handling and advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate compliance and governance, as well as company and commercial matters and transactions.

He also specializes in handling matters in connection with property, including disposal and acquisition of properties, disposal and acquisition of shares of property-holding companies, tenancy, mortgage, refinancing, and stamp duty relief.

Roy is the contributor of the Hong Kong Chapter of LexisNexis International Corporate Procedures, Issue 139.

Roy is the supervisor of the company secretarial department. Prior to joining this law firm, he worked at an award-winning law firm in Hong Kong.
