Winnie has extensive experience in succession planning, wills, trusts, and probate related matters. She also handles disputes between beneficiaries; beneficiaries and the executor, administrator, trustee.

She is highly experienced in handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters, anti-discrimination, sexual harassment, and personal data privacy related issues arising from recruitment, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and/or post- termination restrictive covenants.

Winnie regularly conducts seminars and trainings for HR directors, professionals and management of international companies. She is also a frequent speaker in seminars relating to succession planning for trustee companies, bankers, investment advisors, accountants, lawyers, and high net worth individuals and their families in Hong Kong, mainland China, and overseas.

Prior to joining YYC Legal LLP, she was a Partner of various leading law firms and also worked as an in-house lawyer for an international trustee company in Hong Kong.
