Wissam Hindawi is a Senior Administrative consultant bringing over 20 years of experience in financial management, investment strategy, fundraising, and business transformation across Saudi Arabia and the broader region. His practice focuses on corporate finance, distressed company turnarounds, large-scale financial restructurings, M&A, and strategic capital allocation. Throughout his career, he has built extensive networks with local and international banks, private equity firms, funds, and family offices, regularly leading complex negotiations to secure debt financing and enable strategic cross-border joint ventures.

Prior to assuming his leadership role at Infinite for Consultancy in 2022, Mr. Hindawi served as Chief Financial Officer at ATTIEH Group in KSA (2016–2022). His career also includes serving as Financial Controller at PREMCO in KSA (2012–2016), Chief Accountant at BEMCO in KSA (2006–2012), and Assistant Accounting Manager at Dots in Lebanon (2002–2006)
