• Experience in commercial and corporate law, including company incorporation and corporate documentation.

• Experience in governance, regulatory compliance and internal controls.

• Experience in legal research and analysis of laws, regulations and precedents.

• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.

• Experience in preparing legal opinions, advisory reports and court submissions.
