As Head of Learning and Development, Lauren facilitates and supports our team to enhance their professional skills alongside supporting their development and wellbeing.

Lauren is also the head of training in general at Beck Fitzgerald and as such Lauren is charged with the organisation and facilitation of a firm wide training schedule and she is involved in the creation of internal polices, ensuring that everyone at Beck Fitzgerald receives sufficient support, guidance and training in all areas such as subject matter, skills, wellbeing and support.
