Principal Associate

Sagarika is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate practice at TLH. She advises on a broad spectrum of real estate matters across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with particular expertise in title due diligence, transaction advisory and documentation. She is recognized for her expertise in navigating intricate legal landscapes, including large-scale land acquisitions and properties with complex, contested or historically layered title.

She represents a diverse range of clients, including leading real estate developers, data centre operators, life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, institutional investors and financial institutions. She advises clients on residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions, providing strategic advice on title and regulatory issues throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Her practice spans transactions ranging from strategic single-parcel acquisitions to large land aggregations involving multiple landowners and stakeholders, helping clients assess legal risk and facilitate the successful execution of transactions.
