Principal Associate

Deepika Yadav is a Principal Associate in the Corporate & Commercial, M&A, PE, JV and Restructuring Practice. She has experience in transaction structuring, commercial advisory, and general corporate matters, and regularly advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, including SEBI regulations, foreign exchange laws, and company law compliances.

She has advised clients across various stages of the investment lifecycle, including early-stage fundraising, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic acquisitions, and corporate re-organizations. Her practice includes advising on transaction documentation, due diligence, regulatory structuring, and commercial negotiations.

Deepika has predominantly worked with clients in the software, fintech, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, edtech, and e-commerce sectors.

She also has a growing focus on the renewable energy sector, particularly in relation to solar, wind and hybrid energy projects. Her experience includes advising on structuring, commercial arrangements, and regulatory aspects in the clean energy space, with a practical and commercially driven approach to transactions.
