Sanjay is a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice. He has over three decades of extensive experience in advising clients on commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation & dispute resolution.

He has also counselled numerous MNCs and banks in connection with FDI & FII transactions and has successfully facilitated major land and property transfers. He has played a key role in real estate projects and property development, assisting clients with contract drafting, review, and negotiation in retail and franchising.
