Prateek is a Partner in the M&A, PE, JV, Corporate & Commercial and Energy, Infrastructure and Projects Practice. He has over a decade of experience in advising: (a) private equity funds on setting up, deploying through and exiting from portfolio companies operating in renewable energy, commercial retail, and warehousing sector; (b) conglomerates on both buy side and sell side M&A transactions; (c) renewables power companies on both greenfield and brownfield utility scale and C&I power projects; and (d) on setting up and enforcement of rights in joint ventures.

He has worked with entities across diverse sectors, including commercial real estate, renewable energy, ITES, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and e-commerce.
