Associate attorney

Ana Rocha joined the firm in 2025 as an Associate Attorney, after being admitted to practice law in 2018.

Prior to joining our firm, she developed her career at recognized law firms in the country, where she gained solid experience in legal consulting and complex transactions. In her professional practice, she has provided comprehensive counsel in high-level commercial and corporate operations, actively participating in deal closings, corporate structuring processes, and contract negotiations for both domestic and international clients, delivering strategic, effective, and results-oriented legal solutions.

She is a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she is currently completing the final phase of her postgraduate studies in Corporate Business Law and is in the process of presenting her thesis.

Her academic training has been complemented by specialized diploma programs in Business Law, as well as participation in seminars on International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and in the Fundamentals of International Legal Practice Program offered by the International Bar Association (IBA). These experiences have strengthened her professional profile with a global legal perspective.
