He later advanced his studies by obtaining a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), further consolidating his expertise in labor relations and social policy matters that are critical to today’s business environment.

In addition to his formal education, José has pursued continuous professional development through numerous specialized courses in labour and corporate law, ensuring he remains up to date with evolving legal trends and regulations. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER), expanding his capabilities in facilitating agreements and resolving disputes efficiently.
